In July, 2018 Interregional prosecutor's office of the Zavodoukovsk district of the Tyumen region for monitorings unauthorized places of warehousing of waste in the territory of the city district organized work of "the hot line" during which from citizens messages on existence of a large dump of household waste within the city near Romashkovaya St. arrived.
during check these data were confirmed. Besides it is established that the dump was formed on the land plot intended for rest (recreation), however the owner at this site was absent.
According to the current legislation the organization of collecting and export of household waste and garbage treats questions of local value of the city district. In this regard the interdistrict prosecutor's office brought representation in which demanded in the address of the head of the Zavodoukovsky city district to eliminate the revealed violations of the law.
The day before administration of the city district, having considered representation, took measures to cleaning of the land plot of household waste and garbage.
Prosecutor's office will continue supervising actions in the specified sphere.
