In total these characteristics define possibilities of use of lands according to documents of territorial planning and town-planning zoning. The category of lands is established according to the approved master plan of municipal educations. Reference and transfer of the most part of the lands which are in a private property, to Moscow Region is carried out by local governments in coordination with Regionalnoye government. the document proving the identity of the applicant;
a consent of the owner the land plot on its translation from structure of lands of one category in another (it is provided in case with the statement for the translation of the land plot from one category in another or reference of the land plot to a certain category the property right on which is registered, the applicant who is not the owner of this site, or the owner who is the participant of common ownership on the land plot) addresses;
title and right certifying documents on the land plot (in case of their registration till March 2, 1998. It can be the state acts of right of lifetime inheritable possession the land plots, the right of continuous (termless) using the land plots in the forms approved by the Resolution of Council of ministers Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic from September 17, 1991. No. 493, certificates on the property right to the earth in the form approved by the Resolution Government of the Russian Federation from March 19, 1992 No. 177);
the document certifying powers of the representative (if the application is submitted by the representative of the applicant).
