Yekaterinburg. To Sverdlovsk Region equipment of highways photovideo fixing complexes for the purpose of decrease in accident rate and increase of culture of driving will proceed. About it there was a speech at meeting of the governmental commission on questions traffic safety which at the request of the head of the region Yevgeny Kuyvashev was held by the vice governor Salikhov Azat, reports department of information policy of the governor Sverdlovsk Region.
He noted that introduction of system of automatic photovideo fixing of violations of the rules traffics brings the positive results. So, following the results of 2017 on those sites of roads which were equipped with chambers, the number of accidents with a deadly outcome was reduced almost by 30% in comparison with the similar periods of two previous years.
"Today the regional system of automatic fixing totals 128 stationary boundaries controls and 67 mobile complexes which are daily placed according to the dislocation developed by State traffic inspectorate, on the basis of the fresh analysis of the occurred road accidents", - the chief of regional government of State inspection traffic safety of ministry of internal affairs of the Russian Federation Kislyakov Aleksey reported. Thus, the vice governor added that in the current year the quantity of complexes will increase by 26 additional units, and in 2019 - for 50.<"26>"
B 2017, according to its information, by means of work of means of photovideo fixing over 1,5 million resolutions on violations of the rules traffics are taken out, the sum of the imposed penalties with which made more than billion rubles. From these collectings in the regional budget about seven hundred millions rubles arrived. Thus expenses regional budgets on development fixing systems last year made slightly more than three hundred million rubles.

Besides functioning of system of photovideo fixing, participants of meeting discussed measures for improvement of quality of performance of resolutions on the administrative offenses which have been taken out by state car inspectors. As the head of Department of federal bailiff service on Sverdlovsk region Vladimir Ivanovich Osmak, for the first half of the year 2018 reported, from inhabitants of area was forcibly collected 225 million rubles on the basis of resolutions of State traffic inspectorates.
