For now "to Turkey there are no prospects of renewal of peace process between the Turkish government and PKK".

But a problem that, "having somewhat been glad" to Northern Syrie, and in some — "having been hit on hands" to same Northern Syrie from United States of America, Turkey is limited to nothing in the territory (in respect of the anti-Kurdish actions), in Northern Iraq. As reported BasNews, blows were directed on the check-points belonging to armed forces, connected with PKK party in Babshlo, Sinuna and Sikni. According to messages, Abadi discussed an attack question the day before, during a meeting with President of Turkey, having declared that Iraq will not suffer any forces posing threat for Turkey. If this information is authentic, first, we receive version confirmation that situations with the Turkish and Iraq Kurds cannot be considered separately — these are the interconnected questions. And secondly, and it is already connected with policy of United States of America in the region, we obtain the evidence of that Washington D.C. and Ankara "on a field" the Kurdish question (even if only to Syrie and Iraq) simply play before the world demonstrative "a playlet about deterioration of the relations" though in practice remain ardent allies and partners in the region. That is the Al-Sairun block of the Shiite religious leader great ayatollah Muqtada al-Sadr became the winner of vote, having received in total 54 places in country parliament. But we wrote in May that it is not enough of it for independent formation of the new government. And as a result al-Sadr preferred to create alliance with other pro-Iranian blocks. It is known that al-Abadi Kheydar and his supporters in Erbil (Arbele) met officials of two large Kurdish fractions — Democratic party Province of Kurdistan (PDK) Masud Barzani and "Patriotic union Province of Kurdistan" (YNK) of a clan of At-Talabani. al-Abadi Kheydar then noted that he tries to create the biggest block in parliament Iraq. And it is clear that if not with al-Sadr or other pro-Iranian forces, with Kurds and Sunnites. The ambassador of United States of America welcomed a role Masud Barzani and Regionalnoye government Province of Kurdistan (KRG) in granting a shelter for about 2 million displaced persons and the Syrian refugees. The official representative of United States of America also informed Masud Barzani on the last strategy Washington D.C. in fight against IG (the organization which activity is forbidden to Russian Federation) in Iraq. Speaking about formation of the new government in Baghdad, the influential Kurdish leader declared again that he hopes that the new office will be based on true partnership, consensus and balance of the power as it is sure that any disputes between federal and regional the governments can be solved only by means of these three principles". And a finale — on August 21 "the employee of the Iraq Islamic Party "Dava" (Party of an Islamic appeal), Nuri Kamel Mokhammed Hassan al-Maliki, reported that United States of America strengthen pressure upon political fractions Iraq to prolong stay al-Abadi Kheydar for positions of the prime minister. "United States of America look for the prime minister who Iran" is their own friend and the enemy — the adviser told Samy Malika to Ascari, having explained that the position Washington D.C. in this question consists that he is afraid that some leaders, especially from the supported Iran the coalitions of "Al Fatah", will hold a post of the prime minister Iraq … The representative of "Al Fatah" Jasim Bayati also confirmed that Washington D.C. resolutely supports Abadi, and, according to him, the special representative of United States of America Brett Makgerk now is in Iraq for Abadi's support. Shiites perfectly it is aware of the next disorder among Kurds — and on August 24 the high-ranking leader of a militia "Al-Hashd ash-Shaabi", the commander of one of the groups operating as a part of this militia — "Asaib Akhl of al-Haque", Kais al-Hazali in the short statement on the Twitter urged to change parliamentary system Iraq to the presidential: "the present parliamentary system is not capable to offer a solution of the problems existing in Iraq, we will have to cooperate for change of political system". And here on August 26 the deputy of parliament from barzaniyevsky PDK Nazim Kharki reported Province of Kurdistan" (IGK) and "Goran" ("Movement for changes"), favourably treating Iran to postpone parliamentary elections in Iraq Province of Kurdistan, planned for September 30 of this year. In the same day the president Iraq the Kurd Muhammad Fuad Masum Khavrami, a clan of At-Talabani representing just, contrary to the statement al-Abadi Kheydar, in interview to official Iranian TV channel Al-Alam declared that Iraq cannot follow sanctions of United States of America against Iran because of close connections between Baghdad and Tehran and that the prime minister hastened with the statement. Needed to be mentioned only gesture of good will of Shiites from "Al-Hashd ash-Shaabi" concerning the Yazidi areas Iraq — Zummara and Sinjar. Shiites began systematic gradual branch of the formations from these zones since August 9. After all hardly Yazidi forgot Iraq), but also peshmerga Masud Barzani. Twist of fate: while Masud Barzani sought to make up for lost time and to sugar the pill to Yazidi by carrying out conference in Arbel, allies Masud Barzani — Turks in days of conference bombed the same Sinjar, under a look "prosecutions of fighters" PKK.<"160>"
