Novokuznetsk "Metallurgist" got apartments for total amount in 32,6 million rubles

Club of the Highest hockey league "Metallurgist" acquired real estate in Novokuznetsk for players and coaches of the team, informs "Sibirskoye agentstvo novostey". Apartments belonged earlier to realtor agency "Elite rielt" and were exposed on auctions during bankruptcies companies.

According to data of a site of the Unified federal register of data on bankruptcy, for repayment of a debt of companies during several auction were sold out tens apartments. To realize property from the first it did not turn out. At the initial price about 2,7 million rubles for apartments about 50 sq.m wishing to buy them it did not appear. After considerable depreciation to about 1,9 million rubles applicants appeared.
