Unique archives on land management are destroyed

To Russian Federation are destroyed unique archives on land management which on papers contain data on existence of land grounds on each region, on each territory, each area and each land user. Also there is it just on the eve of inventory of lands of municipalities, the former collective farms and state farms.
Paper archives were stored by br in branches of the All-Russian institute of agricultural and aero photogeodetic researches (VISKHAGI) - JSC Goszemkadastrsjemka. Now branches of the enterprise go bankrupt, and archives simply throw out. About that to digitize them, the speech for some reason does not come. And from this unfavourable conclusions arise: from an archiving of important data refuse to hide the real sums of an expenditure of budgetary funds for carrying out complex cadastral works.
How many to Russian Federation the land plots - to anybody does not know now to br. Namely this figure forms the basis of calculation of expenses for carrying out continuous cadastral works. The quantity of sites is specified in documents VISKHAGI. It is possible that their urgent destruction is connected with unwillingness to give the transparent account on expenses for such works.
