At the Belgorod legal institute of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation name I.D. Putilin there took place the traditional action devoted to delivery of diplomas and breastplates about the termination of institute to listeners of the 5th courses of faculties of training of investigators and law-enforcement activity.
In a festive atmosphere diplomas and breastplates were handed over by
Russian Federation. This year from among graduates 43 graduated from higher education institution with honors, including two T-killah with a commemorative gold medal.

In holiday end police lieutenants said goodbye to an institute Banner, executed choreographic composition "A police waltz", passed solemn march and took part in basket with flowers assignment to a monument Putilin I. It is significant that young lieutenants joined the ranks of staff of territorial bodies of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in year of the 300 anniversary of the Russian police, the 75 anniversary from the date of Kursk fight and release of Belgorod from fascist aggressors.
