However the arbitration rejected arguments of the applicant, in view of their contradiction to the actual facts of the case. by Court including it is established that founders of fund are JOINT-STOCK COMPANY FC "TORPEDO MOSCOW" and JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "FMP GROUP", to each of which belongs on 50 percent of shares in this connection the claimant will participate in use of all trademarks transferred to the respondent.
