The commission will estimate them on testing and interview passing. If the person gains the minimum point, he already becomes the candidate for a position of the mayor" — Voronyuk Helena explained.
After competitors will pass selection according to the provided documents, testing and interview, the contest committee will select some candidates which have gathered enough of points. Then to choose the town governor from presented "set" of competitors Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk is necessary to deputies of the Duma.
