Participants of meeting became the first deputy chairman of the Duma Sklyarov Alexander, vice speakers of Oblduma Litvinov Sergei and Bondarenko Helena, the chairman of committee of Oblduma on health care and social policy Vladimir Fedorovich Kulikovsky, the chairman of Civic chamber of the region Akhtyrsky Alexander, the deputy chief of department of domestic and personnel policy of area – the head of department on work and employment of the population Nerubenko Sergei, employees of the office of regional legislature.
Potryasaev Vasilii reported that in Oblastnaya duma the draft of the federal law adopted in the first reading about modification of separate acts Russian Federation concerning appointment and payments pensions arrived, and till September 24 in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation wait for offers from regions on its improvement.
"With adoption of this law in the first reading, as expected, there comes its large-scale discussion as a result of which offers on bill completion have to be accepted. We in principle spoke about it and at Duma meeting, it is an expected step of work with the bill, – the speaker noted. – Our task – to unite all participants, both natural persons, and labor collectives, public organizations, to combine all efforts on development of the offers to the bill. We the position have to state and protect it on platforms which will be organized for discussion of offers".
Potryasaev Vasilii also emphasized that deputies of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and members Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation from Belgorod Region.
In addition he suggested to organize collecting offers on "the hot line" on the basis of regional Civic chamber: "It will be correct – to organize discussion on its base, the Civic chamber Belgorod Region unites interests of all parties and currents of our area, simple citizens".

At the same time, were emphasized by the chairman, in Oblastnaya duma many offers concerning pension reforms which too need to be considered during the work on bill improvement already arrive. At meeting it was noted that now in the office of legislature of the region work on the analysis and systematization of proposals of the deputies stated during June meeting of the Duma also is conducted.
the Working group for development of offers to the federal bill of improvement of pension reforms will be headed by the first vice speaker of Oblduma Sklyarov Alexander.
Potryasaev Vasilii gave an assignment to prepare until the end of the current week a road map on the organization of collecting and consideration of all arriving offers, and to carry out reports of the working group weekly at working meetings under its management.

Result of activity of the working group becomes development of specific proposals in the bill which then will be discussed at meeting of Healthcare Committee and social policy Oblastnaya duma. The total decision will be sent to Committee of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on work, social policy and affairs of veterans till September 20.
