Today, on July 18, work of system transports and road infrastructure of the region Ivanov Svyatoslav, director general presented in the press center of the House of Government of Moscow region the deputy minister State unitary enterprise MO "Mostransauto" Murashov Wladyslaw and director general to JSC T-1 Group Kukanov Alexander.
"RNIS MO has no analogs in the world, she allows to control in real time all bus service in the region. Today all carriers are connected to system public transports Moscow Region — over 11,5 thousand buses, and also 5 thousand units of road and municipal equipment. Control carriers is carried out on the following indicators: observance of the schedule and movement on routes, high-speed mode of transport. Daily in the sphere passenger transports more than 105 thousand flights are controlled, the average monthly indicator exceeds 3 million" — the deputy minister told transports and road infrastructure Ivanov Svyatoslav.
the System allows to control work public transports as as a whole on the region, and detailed on each transport enterprise and the specific driver. As Ivanov Svyatoslav emphasized, during operation of system indicators of observance of the schedule, a regularity of routes, an exit of vehicles in flights raised.
"Uniqueness of system consists that on the basis of one platform necessary services state customers receive at the same time, the transport companies and inhabitants of area. For inhabitants of area the portal of RNIS MO which contains the main information on transport carriers and the card of movement transports in real time functions. Besides, shortly on a portal there will be an opportunity to construct a route, including for preferential categories of citizens taking into account using the social card" — director general noted JSC T-1 Group (company – the developer of the program) Kukanov Alexander.
conduct Now works on development and deployment of additional services which will allow to make process of work more qualitative, and also to cut down expenses on vehicle fleet. For example, introduction of service for the analysis of style of driving of drivers will allow to reduce number of road accidents, to reduce wear of details, to increase safety passengers and their loyalty due to better service. Start of a mobile application for users is also announced.
"In the fall of 2018 will start a mobile application for inhabitants through which they will be able to build routes, including for preferential categories of citizens taking into account using the social card, to predict arrival of buses on a stop and to watch the schedule" — Ivanov Svyatoslav reported.
"In the Moscow transcar the system was entered bystep by step within several last months, and now, with start into operation, we received very convenient tool for an objective assessment and improvement of transport work. On the basis of data of RNIS work of all services is in details analyzed, and measures are taken for correction of defects. So, Moscow transcar flights on everything to Moscow Region in June of the current year are on the average executed for 99%. In June of the past year this indicator made 94%. Start of system is also good pledge for increase of transport safety as the program can see where and what driver breaks a high-speed mode, the movement scheme, the schedule. RNIS allows to take operational measures in case of an unforeseen situation" — director general told State unitary enterprise MO "Mostransauto" Murashov Wladyslaw.

In April of the current year amendments to Federal law of the Russian Federation of 30 December 2001 No. 195-FZ "On the Code on Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation" Moscow Region "Violation of the requirement to intermunicipal routes of regular transportations by automobile transport, to municipal routes of regular transportations by automobile transport and to adjacent interregional routes of regular transportations by automobile transport" according to which in case of non-presentation of necessary information in system to a carrier collectings will be applied, up to revocation of license are adopted.
