Tomsk. July 19. INTERFAX-SIBERIA - the Governor Tomsk Region addressed in the politburo of Communist Party of China with complaint on violations of the Chinese companies, working in the region.
"I signed the whole petition in the politburo of the Central Committee of Communist Party of China on violations which one of the Chinese companies in the territory in our opinion allowed Tomsk Region. The petition already consider. I hope, them will not shoot, but there will be (are accepted - IF) rather drastic measures", - he told on air of one of local TV channels.
In the press service Regional administration to Interfax Siberia agency specified that JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "RUSKITINVEST" - the joint investment group of development Province of Hubei represented by the Hubeysky timber industry companies "Fuhan" and the international holding corporation AVIC International is a question of investors.
Before the region power on timber processing complex construction in Asino district Tomsk Region showed more than once to
discontent with rates of implementation of the investment project. So, input of the 48 MWt Asinovsky combined heat and power plant and production plant MDF-plates which officially still is not started was repeatedly postponed, but according to messages of local mass media works. Thus locals complain of plant: in two adjoining to production villages the wood dust settles. Besides, "Ruskitinvest" saved up creditor debt before the Russian contractors for the performed works.
Also in China arrested earlier the chairman boards of directors the main shareholders "Ruskitinvest" - the Hubeysky investment companies, and his deputy is discharged of a position.
JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "RUSKITINVEST" (till September, 2017 - JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "RUSKITINVEST") are realized to Tomsk Region by the investment project on timber processing complex construction. Company builds some objects in Asino. So, already reached full capacity production plant an interline interval (110 thousand cubic meter a year, investments - 1 billion rubles) and plant on release of a cut board, in plans - there was to enter already constructed production plant MDF-plates worth about 3,5 billion rubles
Initially investor the project the Chinese corporation AVIC International, however in January, 2017 because of problems with financing one more state company - from Province of Hubei was attracted. The new investor intends to enclose in the project to 18 billion rubles. In 2019 the Hubeysky investment company intends to enter the new line of sawmilling in Asino Tomsk Region, having increased existing capacities three times - to 300 thousand cubic meter a year, investments in the project will make 2,5 billion rubles.
