In particular, companies automatically appear in priority lists on receiving different types of state support, access to various instruments of support of the National Technological Initiative (NTI) and its partners opens at compliance to criteria of NTI, has advantages within attraction of investments from the investment and financial organizations and on tenders. Besides, to participants of a rating there are various forms of communication support, for example, free advance of companies and its production, strengthening of image of companies, expansion and interaction improvement with other participating companies and the stakeholders involved in a rating, participation in actions of the Russian venture companies (RVK) which is the organizer of a rating.

By drawing up a rating of the high-growth hi-tech companies consider such indicators as: the size of companies, growth rate of revenue of companies, the development loudspeaker and technological level of products or rendered services, degree of a demand of production in the export markets.

Now in the list of leaders more than one hundred companies. This year Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation will select to 30 new companies.
