B Yaya district Kemerovo Region the pupil of kindergarten will receive compensation of moral harm for the case which has fallen to it.
according to the press service of regional prosecutor's offices, incident took place in April. About 17:00 hours children together with the tutor went to the sports hall. At this time the five-year-old girl stretched to the top shelf of a case which fell to her. As a result the child was traumatized a forehead and a cheekbone which doctors estimated as a little harm to health.
Prosecutor's office Yaya district Kemerovo region carried out an inspection and revealed legislation violations. The prosecutor of the area obliged the head of municipal authority to eliminate all violations. The tutor brought to a disciplinary responsibility. Also the prosecutor appealed to court with claim about compensation of moral harm to the girl. Yaya district district court Kemerovo region met requirements of the prosecutor and obliged kindergarten to pay to the victim of 50 000 rubles.
