Opening action, the chief of the department of Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance on Kostroma Region and to Ivanovo Region Igor Nikolaevich Sirotin acted with welcome speech to participants and the main report on an action subject. In detail control - supervising activity, the main results of activity in the sphere of the state veterinary, phytosanitary, land supervision, supervision of safety grains and products its processings, seed controls with application risk - the focused approach, results of law-enforcement practice and prevention of offenses stopped on the purposes and problems of reforms.
Igor Nikolaevich Sirotin noted that within reforms Management carries out monitoring law-enforcement practice of most often meeting violations, preventive measures are applied. Besides, events for prevention of violations are systematically held, including the legislation by holding seminars, consultations and performances in mass media is explained.
Emphasized that activity of Management is most open and available: on a management site regularly and in due time information on the work results, new regulations takes place, arising questions are explained, the electronic reception works.
About application risk - the focused approach in the main directions of supervising activity of Management acted chiefs of profile departments. In the reports they also shined new acts, the main violations of requirements of the legislation which come to light during control and supervising activity.

Recommendations about prevention of violations were made and separate requirements of normative legal acts are explained.
