Company will pay 115 million rubles for a bribe on tender

As are reported by the State Office of Public Prosecutor, "Cheeks Urals" transferred a bribe to the official of the telecommunication companies to win competition and to sign with company contracts. As a result the official condemned according to the item "in" of h. 4 Art. 204 of UK (commercial bribery), h. 6 Art. 290 of UK (receiving a bribe) by five years of deprivation with punishment serving in a corrective colony of a high security.

After public prosecutor's checking initiated administrative proceedings in the relation of the legal entity, as a result companies were appointed penalties to total amount of 115 million rubles (on h. 2 and h. 3 Art. 19.28 Federal law of the Russian Federation of 30 December 2001 No. 195-FZ "On the Code on Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation" – illegal remuneration on behalf of the legal entity in large and especially large sizes).
