According to subparagraph 3) articles 44 of the Constitution of Kazakhstan POSTANOVLYAYU:<"34>"
1. To rename Ministry for religions and civil association Республики Казахстан into the Ministry of public developments Kazakhstan (further – the Ministry).
2. To transfer to the Ministry functions and powers of the Ministry of Culture and sports of Kazakhstan on realization of a state policy in the sphere of a public consent.
3. to provide to Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1) redistribution of regular number of the above government bodies;
2) acceptance of other measures for implementation of the present Decree.
4. To bring in the Decree President of Republic of Kazakhstan of January 22, 1999 No. 6 "About structure of Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following change:

line "Ministry for religions and civil association Республики Казахстан; " to state in the following edition:
"Ministry of public developments Kazakhstan; ".
5. behind performance of the present Decree to assign Control to Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. The present Decree becomes effective from the date of podpisaniya.
