the second month in a row the administration Kstovo district comes for meetings of City Council of the city Kstovo with the offer to liquidate Committee of management of residential districts.

A month ago reached before that, without waiting for the deputy decision, in old Kstov the property of GODFATHER even was taken out by officials. Probably, the authorities were sure that city deputies will unanimously support liquidation of this organization. But deputies "kicked up", and at May meeting of the Duma the decision on this occasion was not made. And again regional administration submitted an elimination question for discussion of people's deputies. And again did not get support. According to the regional authorities, it is necessary to liquidate GODMOTHERS for economy of budgetary funds. According to the deputies, no optimization does cost to stop work with the population: with children and elderly people. In a word, the decision again did not pass. But administrations the assignment was given to reorganize Committee work, and offers on reorganization to present to deputy corps.
At the past meeting deputies made the decision on rank assignment the Honourable citizen Kstovo . Chose from four candidates: master of sports of the International class, teacher of sport school No. 1 Vasyagin Eugenie; hockey coach sporshkoly Olympic reserve Mekhantsev Eugenie; the prior of the temple in the village the Great Enemy, protoiry Nikolaev Alexander; vice-chairman of club of first builders "Torch" Shalnov Eugenie. But before some deputies stated rather critical remarks in general concerning award of similar ranks. So, Shklyar Eugenie noted that 90 percent of the voters interrogated by it in general for the first time hear that this or that person is the Honourable citizen Kstovo . By words Shklyar Eugenie, a rank start becoming obsolete because if earlier to be the honourable citizen was a rarity, today a rarity becomes not to be the honourable citizen.
We choose- from those whom to us will bring, and we do not reflect will of that population which lives in our territory and which chooses us, - Sukharev Alexander added. – Because we anywhere and anybody did not meet, and did not discuss on the districts – and people agree or not?
Nevertheless, procedure of a choice started, and deputies started ballot. The greatest number of voices of deputies collected: Mekhantsev Eugenie (14 voices) and Nikolaev Alexander (15 voices). Two other candidates did not gather the majority. Thus, from this year to the list of the honourable increased Mekhantsev Eugenie and Nikolaev Alexander. By the way, priests in the list of honourable citizens yet were not. At the same meeting deputies by a majority vote voted for rewarding Zhukov Fedor the Medal "For Merits before the City Kstovo ".
, Mekhantsev Eugenie and to Nikolaev Alexander the diploma, a breastplate and the certificate confirming a rank will be issued toAs well as other honourable citizens. Besides, a year in the City Day Kstovo the single award of 10 thousand rubles is paid to such citizens of times. Awarded for merits before the city the award is not put.
