At meeting also there were representatives Department of finance areas, Department of public administration and personnel policy of area, Department of domestic policy of Government oblasti, and also Belozersky's administrations, the Babayevo, Vashkinsky, Kirillovsky, Ustyuzhensky, Harovsky, Sokolsky municipal regions of area.
Exit meeting was devoted byto questions and the problems connected with realization in the territory of area of the Federal law from November 29, 2010 No. 315-FZ in part of education to uniform administration of the municipal area and an administrative center of the municipal area.
asWith welcome speech Gordeev Alexander, the chairman of standing committee concerning local government of Legislative Assembly of area who noted acted that the purpose of carrying out exit meetings is studying of process of realization of reforms local government in municipal regions of the area, available experience, including, regarding existing municipal the practician, the questions of local value directed on the effective solution, proceeding from interests of the population.
Further Shashkin Eugenie, the head of the Belozersky municipal area, the chairman Representative assembly of the Belozersk city municipal area, the head of municipal educations told "city of Belozersk" about effective model of municipal management on reduction of management expenses on places by delegation of power by means of the conclusion of agreements between the municipal area and an administrative center of the municipal area.
In the performance Popov Sergei, the head of the Harovsky municipal area, sounded information on the plans, the taken measures and the near-term outlook of creation of uniform administration on territories of the area, and also questions and the problems arising at the area in connection with implementation of the Federal law from November 29, 2010 No. 315-FZ.
Representatives of State and legal department of Government oblasti and Department of domestic policy of Government oblasti in detail shinedfrom the legal point of view of prospect and all possible nuances of implementation of this law in the territory of concrete municipal regions of area.
Representatives Department of finance areas, Department of public administration and personnel policy of area supported a total conclusion about the greatest efficiency of creation of the joint administration, than realization of municipal practice of delegation of power, both for the solution of questions of local value, and for reduction of management expenses on places.
