But is as well difficulties connected with imperfection of the federal legislation, - the deputy told and emphasized: - The problem of falsification is particularly acute still very much because, it slows down development agriculture and animal husbandry branch, in particular. the Deputy minister of a competition policy Cherikanov Sergei noted that the discussed problem has complex character, but, first of all, it legislative: "One of serious minuses 44 Federal laws – very difficult mechanism of cancellation of contracts. If we reveal violation from the supplier, we terminate with it contract, we can receive the following contract only in 2 months", - explained the deputy minister.

In turn, Andrey Fedotov, the head of regional government Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance, told about researches which are conducted for identification of low-quality production in the Kaluga region: "For the first half of the year 2018 we took 107 samples dairy products which was in a turn in a retail distribution network and was delivered in the budgetary establishments. At present 50 from them already underwent testing. At research of samples existence of signs of falsification in 26 tests" is established.
Participants of meeting, among other, made the decision to recommend to local governments to check in regional retail network and by deliveries to the organizations of the budgetary sphere existence dairy products the manufacturing falsifiers revealed by regional governments Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance and Federal Supervision Agency for Customer Protection and Human Welfare, and also earlier brought to administrative responsibility.
Besides, we will remindthat the Kaluga legislators presented earlier the suggestions for improvement of a power supply system of children in kindergartens and schools to the relevant working group Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
