To Republic of Mordovia Prosecutor's office of the Romodanovo district of the Republic of Mordovia carried out an inspection of execution of requirements of the budgetary legislation regarding timely payment by customers of obligations under municipal contracts. It is established that in August and September, 2017 Administration of the municipal district Romodanovsk of the Republic of Mordovia signed with limited liability companies municipal contracts on construction of highways on streets of the settlement of Romodanovo. However, the performed works for the sum of 4,6 million rubles the customer were not paid.
Non-execution by the customer of financial obligations under contracts could entail negative for the managing subject social and economic consequences and additional for local authorities the budgetary expenditure in the form of penalties and a penalty fee.
For elimination of the revealed violations of the legislation the prosecutor brought to chapter Romodanovo district representation by results of which consideration debt under the executed municipal contracts is completely extinguished.
