Auctions were carried out according to the existing profile federal legislation which has undergone since 2016 essential changes, regional and municipal regulations. Thus for the first time, Naumov Youri emphasized, the local budget saved considerable means – thanks to economically reasonable association of routes the regional administration managed to go to separate lots from subsidizing of considerable part of unprofitable routes; the economy will make about 4 million rubles a year. Moreover, following the results of auctions LLC "Tikhvin TPAT" also transferred into budget 1 million rubles.
That as a result will be received by the end user – the passenger? First of all, it is comfortable buses. Under the terms of municipal contracts LLC "Tikhvin TPAT" it is obliged to bring to flights of 54 mainly new buses from which 10 have to be intended for transportation of physically disabled people and passengers with baby carriages, 6 low-floor buses and 3 buses with a capacity not less than 99 places. All cars have to be equipped with tachographs and satellite system GLONASS which will allow to trace observance of the schedule of movement directly to the specialist of committee of Household management company regional administration directly on the workplace.
On assurance of the director of LLC "Tikhvin TPAT" Avtukhov Vladimir, by July 1 the enterprise will have necessary park. In particular, 10 new buses arrived from plant on June 20, all according to the schedule of deliveries 34 new cars will be acquired, and as a whole at the disposal of the enterprise there will be 57 buses. The necessary equipment – 4 buses – is available and for NP "Development Agency Veps Wood".
