New technology training of municipal employees introduce

in Administration of Khabarovsk. It became known of it during board meeting at the mayor devoted to questions of development of municipal service. In September in higher education institutions of the regional center will pass competition on target training of municipal employees. About it transfers online edition "DV-ROSS" with reference to the press service of Administration of Khabarovsk.


"It will be students of 3-4 courses of institutes who are trained on specialties necessary for municipality. Competitors will pass a number of tests, polls, practice and will sign contract. It becomes a guarantee of the subsequent employment. The new technology will be applied according to changes in the legislation on municipal service" — the chief of a municipal government of shots and municipal service Abolyanina Olga told.

"We studied experiment of other municipalities over all country and did not find any mention of target training of municipal employees. Similar technology introduce only several subjects of federation. It turns out, Khabarovsk will be the first among the cities where from a student's bench will train municipal employees" — she added.


In addition, in Administration of Khabarovsk created a personnel reserve from 250 people.

"Need to work with people who stand in a personnel reserve carefully. They passed competitions, we know their abilities and potential. And first of all, by search of the expert on vacant post of the municipal employee, it is necessary to address to the reserve list" — the acting as the mayor told Khabarovsk Kravchuk Sergei.

Also the mentoring institute develops in Administration of Khabarovsk: in different structural divisions more than two hundred students annually do practical training. For professional growth, municipal employees without fail time in three years finish courses according to professional development programs.
