Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation closed five vessels

Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation approved liquidation of five district courts Pskov Region.

According to the bill, abolition the following courts (court, subject to abolition, and from below – court from above is specified to which the cases will be submitted) are subject:

Kunya district district court Pskov region . The questions relating to its jurisdiction, will be transferred in District court of the Velikiye Luki district of the Pskov region ;

Loknya district district court Pskov region (the assignee – District court of the Bezhanitsy district of the Pskov region );

Novorzhev district district court Pskov region (the assignee – Pushkinskiye Gory district district court Pskov region );

Palkino district district court Pskov region (the assignee – Pechory district district court Pskov region );

Plyussa district district court Pskov region (the assignee – Strugi Krasnye district district court Pskov region ).

Respectively, some areas will be transferred to

to jurisdiction of the Velikiye Luki, Bezhanitsky, Pushkinogorsky, Pechora and Strugokrasnensky regional courts Pskov Region. Besides, in their structure judicial presence at some settlements will be formed.

Having got approval Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the bill No. 312811-7 will arrive on signing to the president Putin.
