Government of Perm Territory adopted resolutions on preservation of number of demands and subsidizing volume after transformation of territories to city districts. The transformed territories will be able to represent that number of demands for competitive selection of projects of initiative budgeting and territorial self-government (TOS) and to request that volume of subsidies from regional budgets for which could apply before transformation to city districts.
"During public hearings in municipalities inhabitants asked br questions of projects of initiative budgeting and TOS after association of territories. Therefore the decision to make changes to existing orders is made. Inhabitants of the transformed territories will realize projects of initiative budgeting and TOS in former volume", – the First Deputy Prime Minister - the minister of territorial developments noted Perm Territory Koksharov Roman.
Government of Perm Territory together with local governments carry out collaboration with the population, support of initiatives in the solution of local tasks is given: for example, improvements. As the governor of Prikamye Maxime Reshetnikov noted, many of them with the assistance of locals received faster and better decision. Thus the head of the region emphasized that inhabitants have to estimate results of implementation of projects.
according to the ministry of territorial developments, last year realized 207 initiatives of citizens of the solution of local questions. From them 77 – within work TOSOV, 41 – at realization of the mechanism of self-taxation, 89 – initiative budgets.
this year the regional authorities planned realization of 246 initiatives of the citizens directed on improvement of settlements, ensuring leisure of children and adults, reduction in a standard condition of sidewalks and foot bridges. With municipalities in which territory projects will be realized, agreements on granting subsidies for 2018
