"Today about one million articles is annually published, and any person cannot read all mass of scientific publications. Therefore each researcher works with very small selection of materials. Artificial intelligence can do everything, and our idea consists in developing such technology which will allow us to set Artificial intelligence questions, and it, in turn, will give us answers, to learn, based on all volume read", – Shumsky Sergei tells.

according to the director of TSNTI IBH Russian Academy of Sciences Isaev Alexander, first of all the center will organize consortium "Bioorganika" activity, to develop all its procedural base. "We are faced by two major problems. First, we have to become the center of educations a new format, attracting and creating conditions to the best creative capacity of the country and foreign countries, and secondly, we have to develop and introduce business processes on the basis of the innovative products prepared in consortium and technologies, connecting them with requirements, first of all, the national market", – Isaev Alexander considers.

Here will be engaged in development of medical, agricultural and industrial function, and also humanoid and multi-legged walking robots, pilotless flying and land transport. In the next two years within the center four laboratories will be open: "Industrial Robotics", "Autonomous vehicles", "Management and prototyping mechatronics", "Special Robotics".

For the center till 2020 it is planned to allocate two billion rubles, extrabudgetary funds have to make more than a half of them.
