In Tomsk the ceremony of adoption of the oath graduates of Training center of regional UMVD took place

Graduates of Training center of Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation of the Tomsk region took the Oath. The ceremony took place in Training center of Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation of the Tomsk region.

Opening a festive event, the parting word and congratulations was made by the chief of Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation of the Tomsk region Budnik Alexander Ivanovich. Budnik Alexander Ivanovich wished to graduates of the Center to bear adequately a rank of the police officer, with honor to fulfill an office duty, at high level to ensure safety and to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens.

Tomsk police officers, following a precept of the senior generations of defenders of a law and order, daily show courage, determination and professionalism, carrying on nice traditions of law-enforcement bodies. For heroism and the courage shown at service, over four hundred employees of Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation of the Tomsk region are awarded by the state awards, from them more than twenty Award of Courage.
