As appears from documents of City Court of the Katav-Ivanovsk district of the Chelyabinsk region, Zamyatin Sergei submitted claims to city council even twice: May 15 and 25, 2018. According to the assistant to the chairman of vessels Yulia Gembel, on May 15 Zamyatin Sergei demanded to recognize illegal and to cancel the resolution of deputies on "not Uda", and 10 days later appealed to court in attempt to be reinstated as the mayor.
"Both claims are now united in one production, – Yulia Gembel specified. – The decision is not passed yet".
