B Voronezh prosecutors checked work of 30 management companies. It appeared that many UK were secretive and did not place the necessary information in system of GIS housing and communal services.
Prosecutors did not findon a number of high-rise buildings of annual reports on work of executing bodies of UK and their accounting reports. Such data have to publish annually within 1 quarter for all last year. Violations recorded at LLC MICROSEC "Olympus", RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY OWNERS COOPERATIVE "GARANT", Housing cooperative "Druzhba" and other UK.<"38>"
Homeowners' association "Oktyabr" and PRODUCTION HOUSING CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE "Pridonskoy-3" did not place these numbers of dispatchers and addresses of a reception of citizens. LLC "VATD Domostroitel" did not place information on terms of drawing of payment orders and on the period of data transmission of counters.
At some houses did not publish information on the cost of rendered services, performed works on the contents and the current repair the general property and about the volume of the provided utilities.
Prosecutors found out that UK "Stroytekhnika" did not place information on a number of multiroom houses. And JSC <13> Upravlyayushchaya kompaniya Soviet — 2", LLC "MANAGEMENT COMPANY REK NO. 12", LLC MANAGEMENT COMPANY "VMESTE" and POZhSK "Soviet – 1" not always published in system data on receipt of money consumers of utilities and about payment by owners of servants.
"After check of all were brought by 14 ideas of elimination of violations — told in the press service of regional prosecutor's offices. — Following the results of their consideration of 13 officials brought to a disciplinary responsibility, and the revealed violations eliminated".
Also concerning the guilty were made by 18 cases on administrative violations. Now considered 13 of them. Punishments appointed soft — preventions.
we Will remindthat at the end of May court fined LLC "MANAGEMENT COMPANY SEMYA" on 125 thousand rubles for incomplete disclosure of information. UK then at itself on a site specified that at it is in management of 11 houses, and on a site "Reform Household management company" specified only 8. Also they did not place other necessary data.
