As were reported by the press service of Administration of Nizhny Novgorod on May 30, 2018, today the mayor Vladimir Aleksandrovich Panov met representatives of the public who will be included into boards of directors of the enterprises which are in property of municipality.

the Chairman COMMITTEE OF PROPERTY RELATIONS OF SAINT PETERSBURG and land resources of the city Pompaeva Svetlana reminded that in February, 2018, at the initiative of Vladimir Aleksandrovich Panov, the decision of the Duma made changes to an order of ADMINISTRATION OFFICE MUNITSIPALNYM IMUSHCHESTVOM according to which in boards of directors JSC "Nizhegorodsky water services company", JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "TEPLOENERGO", JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "OBEDINENNAYA DIRECTORATE", LLC "PARK PRIOKSKY" and JSC "Podpisnyye izdaniya" will enter public men.

"We invited first of all representatives of the Nizhny Novgorod higher education institutions who have high authority and respect at citizens, members of Civic chamber, All-Russia People's Front. All responded, and councils are completely created. In the first week of summer we will close all legal issues, and the updated boards of directors will start working. The purpose one – work of the municipal enterprises has to be transparent for inhabitants that they could give it the objective assessment", - the mayor declared.

"I think, new approach will positively affect enterprise work. Up to this point representatives of City administration and deputies, and appearance of public men will give the chance to show to residents of Nizhny Novgorod, than is engaged, than the enterprise breathes, and what tasks for itself sets", - the director JSC "Nizhegorodsky water services company", the ex-head of administration Sergei Belov shared the opinion.

"Idea of the mayor very good because earlier only the limited circle of people knew in detail about work of our enterprise. To me very much imposes that board of directors will include representatives of leading economic higher education institutions. I consider that it becomes a source for new ideas in our work. Representatives of the public will be our loud-hailer through which we will carry on dialogue with residents" - the executive director of "Teploenergo" Andrey Dranishnikov agreed.
