Islamabad, 27 May/Xinhua / - the President Pakistan Mamnun Houssein last night signed the document submitted by National election commission, having approved elections to National assembly on July 25.
byNational assembly - the lower house of the Pakistan parliament into which 342 deputies enter, 272 from them are determined by results of direct elections on the basis of the principle of the simple majority. 70 more places - are reserved, 60 from them is provided to women, 10 - to religious minority. The reserved mandates are divided between political parties in proportion to received by them on elections to votes.
the Simple majority of votes on elections allows political party to become ruling. If any of political parties cannot gather a billeting a majority of votes, the ruling coalition can be created. The ruling party or ruling coalition represents the candidate of the new prime minister which is approved by vote in National assembly. The new prime minister appoints cabinet ministers and will create the new government.
In May, 2013 in Pakistan there passed elections in National assembly on which the victory was won by Pakistan Muslim League / fraction Sharif N./. The term of office of the operating government will expire on May 31.
