The ombudsman recommended to Government of Krasnoyarsk territory critically to reconsider an order of educations TTP of the indigenous small people of the North towards its simplification and compliance to norms Federal law of the Russian Federation of 7 May 2001 No. 49-FZ "On lands and territories of traditional natural resource use in the North, Siberia and the Russian Far East", and also the regional law "About Protection of Primordial Habitat and a Traditional Way of Life of the Indigenous Small People Krasnoyarsk Territory".
