Dear visitors,
We are glad to welcome you in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs within visit to Russian Federation. Very much we value communications with friendly Ethiopia on the state line and the line of non-governmental organizations. The contribution to our special relations is made by RO Russian Orthodox church and Ethiopian.
Always with pleasure I remember the trips to Ethiopia. In March of this year I carried out next, is far not the first visit to Addis Ababa. Very important, constructive conversations with the President to Teshome Mulat to Virt, the Prime minister Haylemariam Desalenem and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Vorknekh Gebeyekhu took place. We always note that a special contribution to development our friendship, partnership bring the general Christian values.
In February of this year we celebrated 120 years from the date of establishment of diplomatic relations, but communication between our countries and the people much more ancient. To that a number of outstanding names, such, as Gannibal A. P., Pushkin A. S., Gumilev N. S. which are inseparably linked with our joint history testifies. The foundation laid by our predecessors, is invaluable. We are satisfied that today it serves further development our friendly relations. I appreciate this opportunity to discuss with you prospects.
