B Saint Petersburg the construction company LLC "TSVETENIYE SLIVY" won lawsuit against Legislative Assembly of Saint Petersburg. The developer challenged the decision of city parliament and the city governor Georgy Poltavchenko about change of the status of a site in Petrogradsky rayon.
According to the Legislative Assembly and city governor decision the site on which ZhK One Trinity Place is under construction, received the new status of public green plantings.
