About it there was a speech at a meeting of the Belarusian parliamentary delegation headed by the chairman of the Constant commission of the House of Representatives on the international affairs Voronetsky Valery with the chairman of the Foreign Affairs Commission of Grand National Assembly of Turkey Bozkyr Volkan, reported Belarusian cable agency "Belta" in the press service of the House of Representatives.
In particular, Bozkyr Volkan emphasized that Turkey seeks for strengthening of the relations with Belarus ". Having noted that now commodity turnover volume between the countries makes $605 million, the parliamentarian declared that Turkey would like to increase it to $1 billion", - told in the press service. In turn Voronetsky Valery paid attention that Belarus considers Turkey as the reliable friend and the partner. He added that development the comprehensive relations with Turkey is of great importance for the Belarusian party.
Besides, during visit to Ankara the parliamentary delegation met the chairman of Grand National Assembly of Turkey Ismail Kakhraman ". The parties expressed satisfaction constructive character of the Belarusian-Turkish relations and emphasized need of strengthening of full mutually beneficial cooperation", - noted in the press service.
