B resignation left the chief of General Directorate of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Russian Federation in Perm Territory, the police lieutenant general Koshelev Victor and the chief of SU of SKR across Prikamye, the lieutenant general of justice Zabbarova Marina. Let's note, Zabbarova Marina since May, 2011 worked as the head of Investigative management of SK of Perm Territory. Koshelev Victor headed regional GU Ministries of Internal Affairs since May, 2014. In April he wrote the official report about dismissal.
