In meeting participated the chairman The Kalinino district court of the Ufa city of the Republic of Bashkortostan Rinat Rakhmatullin, the deputy chief of IK-3 Kuznetsov Dimitri, representatives of prosecutor's offices on observance of laws in correctional facilities of Republic of Bashkortostan.
Participants of meeting analysed the problem questions arising at implementation of legitimate rights of petitions condemned on giving on a conditional early release, replacements of unexpired part of punishment with softer type of punishment, change of a type of correctional facility, having noted need of coherence of actions by preparation of court sessions.
