These objects really have a pathetic and sad appearance so the administration made the decision somewhat quicker to replace them with the new. Fortunately, investment funds will be this time raised — budget will not suffer from the next change of design reference points of the city authorities in any way. By the way, objectionable benches and ballot boxes will not utilize, and will simply place in any less public places: in squares and the yards of apartment houses.
