Tomsk. April 23. INTERFAX-SIBERIA - the Staff of Department of federal bailiff service on Tomsk region is ready to use the right to open apartments of the malicious defaulters run into debt over 30 thousand rubles for housing-and-municipal services and ignoring "5" appeals to repayment of debts, the chief bailiff of the region Kongarov Yvan told to journalists on Monday.
"We start using the law allowing us to open premises of debtors without their participation. It becomes for search of the debtor and detection of its property due to which it is possible to satisfy a debt", - Kongarov Yvan told.
According to him, police officers already marked warning stickers in which it is said on a door of apartments of five debtors that this housing will be opened in three days if the citizen does not contact.
"Malicious debtors we consider by
citizens with a debt more than 30 thousand rubles, evading from its repayment and brought for it to administrative responsibility. Opening of housing will happen, only if all other measures did not conceive result", - Kongarov Yvan explained.
the Police officer noted that such measure of work with debtors started practicing in regions where it worked earlier - to Tyumen and Republic of Khakassia.
"Certainly, at debtors was the shock, many tried to challenge actions of police officers, but all checks and decisions of the courts confirmed legality of our actions", - Kongarov Yvan emphasized.
It added that after housing and levy of execution opening police officers will close doors for protection from maroderov.
