Parents admit: since the beginning of spring it is terrible to them to release children in school, and after the tragedy in Kemerovo — doubly.

In the next business trip in Karatuz we decided to go after the disturbing letter to edition. The author not only in detail told that is created in the building, but also illustrated the story with ten photos. The letter quite volume therefore we will give only excerpts:
– In March at school the external wall and part of a roof collapsed. The sports hall to a collapse was in operation, children were engaged till last day. The three-storyed building is in the same state that the sports hall to a collapse: cracks, mold, ceiling runs, there are buckets. On a ceiling where water exudes, pass wires of the fire alarm system, electric wires, lamps … In a locker room on the first floor there is a shaky metal prop, plaster of walls falls, water runs on walls. Walls are impregnated with water. The huge shred of plaster fell in a dining room about a window where there are tables, and broke a window sill. From a facade of the building it is visible that the facing brick departed from walls, cracks are visible. Under windows and on the building bricks generally fall out … Then an action with white spheres … Children my, others – ours. There is no wish to repeat mistakes … I do not want to accuse anybody, but to us, the adult, it is worth thinking. From trouble nearby. Now rains, and there children will begin. Already now something needs to be done, instead of to wait for examinations and repairs. At present there can be anything. Help to pay attention to this problem, parents do not know what to do right now.

One and a half months later after the beginning of academic year it was decided to carry out independent expertize of a hall in which daily there were tens children (here conducted not only physical education classes, but also the popular section of tourism) worked. – Experts recognized by br a hall limited and efficient. We, as well as it is necessary in such cases, installed indicators and daily watched them. We could close a gym only when one of indicators will burst, – Bulgakova Irina explains.

Everything was good: paper was not torn and no signs of danger existed, active snowmelt yet did not begin. What nobody expected, happened in the evening on March 17, on Saturday, exactly on the eve of presidential elections (in the building of school there is a polling station). At first being inside heard a gnash, and after — a roar. It will become clear later: there was a partial collapse of the top peak. – Access to the room was closed by br, on Monday, March 19, it was examined by the commission. Then together with administration of the area the decision on installation of a metal prop was made, – Bulgakova Irina adds.
About, whether indicators overstrained before a collapse — it is not known. In days before, according to her, they were in a full order. Now the sports hall is closed. Inside the thaw is audible. Judging by a sound, drips in that place where the roof outside fell off.
However, despite it, physical education classes pass in a regular mode: in good weather school students are engaged on the street, in bad – pore over textbooks and master the theory.

That with the main roof?

In January, 2018 conducted the state technical and tool examination of all roof of the case of school. Results are ready. But to speak about final figures and necessary amount of works while early as these results now pass documentary examination. Yes, you correctly understood: examination for examination – such here paradox.
– Only after that we will be able to start any actions. Previously experts estimated necessary amount of works in 17 million rubles. Unfortunately, this procedure long therefore we look for other solutions of a problem. I can tell that roof calculations over a dining room and a gym are carried already out. We wait good weather to start works. Approximately in May-June the roof will be replaced. Respectively, it will be provided to a normal state and a gym, – the head emphasizes.
As "CHANCE" certified, in the next months repair roofs over three distressful offices where the thaw does not stop some weeks will be carried out. – the Material is already bought by br, only dry warm weather is necessary … Naturally, this situation disturbs also me. We watch the building, no new cracks are present, – Bulgakova Irina states. – As for repairs all roof, it will begin in 2019. Instead of a soft roof the cattle roof will be built. And to remove stress, last week we started conducting negotiations on carrying out independent examination regarding that, the school building is emergency or is not present.
