In the performance the Chief of the department finished to present at meeting some results of work of department of land supervision for 2017 and 1 quarter 2018. For 2017 Management within the state land supervision in territories Kostroma Region and Ivanovo Region are held by br of more than 1200 control and supervising events are checks, administrative investigations, planned (road) surveys on the area more than 190 000 hectares. Thus, 549 violations of requirements of the land legislation are revealed, the sum of the imposed penalties made more than 18 million rubles, in a voluntary order more than 15 million rubles are paid. More than 10 000 hectares are involved in an agricultural turn as a result of work of Management.
by results of supervising actions made 87 protocols on administrative offenses, the sum of the imposed penalties made 4 185 thousand rubles.
In 2018 following the results of the collaboration which has been carried out by Management with Department of the federal tax service on Kostroma region for 2017 at the direction to information on 54 owners 103 land plots, with a total area of 12075,82 not used according to the established type of use, for application of the raised rate land taxes from 0,3% to 1,5%, in addition in budgets of municipalities Kostroma Region, has to arrive more than 11 million rubles. For the reporting period to Department of the federal tax service on Kostroma region Management sent information on 38 owners of 40 land plots of 4384,9 hectares not used according to the established type of use, revealed during control and supervising actions in 2018, for application of the raised rate land taxes.
In 1 quarter 2018 forcibly the decision Arbitral tribunal of the Kostroma region from JOINT-STOCK COMPANY ROSEKSIMBANK (JSC <0> "Roseksimbank" ) withdrew the land plot of agricultural purpose of 927,5 hectares located in the Galichsky municipal area Kostroma Region.
In 1 quarter 2018 to soils compensated harm in a voluntary order in a money equivalent for the sum of 23 thousand rubles on the claim of Management sent to the address of the person, allowed soil damage. on April 9, 2018 to heads of municipalities Kostroma Region are sent to br information letters with an explanation of an order of carrying out municipal land controls.
