I look out of the window, and there already soot flies, in any minute on my balcony the case already lit up. In 10 minutes the fire rose to the sixth floor. I work with the tutor, I besides the two-year-old daughter of the house had two more children pupils. I seized them and ran on the street, called in fire, on hours was 16.02. I cried: "the 31st, 32nd house, burns a covering, a balcony!" . They arrived in 10 minutes, but all three cars appeared without water, hoped for a fire hydrant, but also there water did not appear. They had to call the second squad, those arrived in 15-20 minutes with water, but fire already was on the sixth floor", – told Fariz's Informburo.kz.

Having felt that to it threatens nothing, the girl rushed to knock at the next doors. Fariza shouted, warning people about a fire.

"On the sixth floor there live friends of our family, they have a newborn daughter. I call them on cellular, nobody answers. Then I ran upward, on the way knocked at all doors, but people left and were indignant that I is so noisy I behave, they yet did not know about a fire. Reached the sixth floor, at friends already sleeping room burned. We in an armful the baby whom 10 days from a sort, wrapped up it in any rag, and down. "I during a fire was at work in the city. The wife calls, shocked, 10 days ago I gave birth to the daughter. I arrived, it became clear that on fire all documents, a metrics on the child, contract housing rent burned down. Now we cannot prove at all that we rented this apartment that there were our things, documents. I at work asked to provide us a hostel, but they ask from me contract rent, and it burned down, a vicious circle", – Saken Seitkhanov told.

Akim Zhetysuskogo of the area Mokhtar Tazhibaev brought together locals and declared that the damage will be surely restored by it. But not all agree with the sums which the power offers as compensation.
