To court gave two construction companies who were surprised by Constitution violation — brought their property in the ZNOP list, their private lands. Builders won, having created judicial precedent. However "L1" among them was not. On March 26 the director of development Kalashnikova Nadezhda explained companies to "Fontanka" that the question of the address to court while "is considered by lawyers".
As were reported on April 4 to online newspaper "Fontanka.ru" by inhabitants of the house No. 16 on the embankment, standing almost closely to a site, the builder began demolition of an one-storeyed structure with application of the heavy construction equipment, why the neighboring house in literal sense "shakes". Citizens say that their apartments already suffered earlier at ZhK "Classics" construction in a quarter between Small and Deaf Zeleniny and Carved streets.
