Large-scale updating of Mostransavto park State unitary enterprise MO "Mostransauto" began in 2017 and proceeds in the 2018th: old uncomfortable buses are succeeded by modern vehicles, with climate control and the equipment for handicapped passengers. Thus the term of operation of buses reduced so to carriers with old equipment now in Moscow region the way is closed. Modern buses
For the past year the Mostransavto park State unitary enterprise MO "Mostransauto" received 1758 new buses, on turn – 2,6 thousand more modern buses that will allow to increase significantly quality of passenger traffic in all areas Moscow region.
Buses of the first deliveries came to the most loaded routes in 22 municipalities Moscow region, including in Dmitrov, Ivanteyevka, to Klin, Kolomna, Lakes, Voskresensk, Lukhovitsy, Bronnitsy, Mytishchi, to Odintsova, Solnechnogorsk, Shatura, Elektrostal, Yegoryevsk, Nut Zuyeve, Stupin, Mozhaysk, Naro-Fominsk, Serpukhov, city Pavlovsky Posad, Ramenskoye and Lyubertsy.
For performance of flights on city and suburban routes the vehicle fleet of the region replenished with comfortable buses of big and middle class – a LiAZ 5292-60, a LiAZ 5250th "Voyage" and the GROOVE "NEXT Vector".
"The new rolling stock is equipped with system of climate control and adapted for journey of handicapped groups of citizens: it is equipped with devices of landing disembarkation of passengers and places for wheelchair placement", – director general noted State unitary enterprise MO "Mostransauto" Murashov Wladyslaw.
Buses will look younger
Plans for updating of a bus fleet are especially actual against the last legislative initiatives.
For ensuring safety passengers Regional Duma of Moscow already suggested to establish to
legislatively age limit for public transports, used for transportation of passengers. As it is specified in the explanatory note to the bill, for buses of a small class it is offered to enter a limit in 5 years from the moment of release, and for average and big – 7 years.
Such restrictions have to promote improvement of quality of transport services for passengers and lower statistics on the accidents connected with wear transports.
"The bus fleet situated near Moscow is updated by
regularly. And decrease in admissible age public transports is quite widespread practice", – the research associate of Institute of economy explains transports and transport policy of Federal state autonomous educational institution of higher professional education "National research university "High school ekonomiki" Muleev Yegor.
According to him, in a number of regions similar protecting initiatives are already entered, and they are very actual in the conditions of our climate and quality of a rolling stock which is delivered in parks of carriers.
As were noted by the chairman of Regional Duma of Moscow Igor Bryntsalov, the last legislative initiatives concerning buses, became possible thanks to changes in the Federal law No. 220: amendments gave to subjects Russian Federation a number of the powers directed on improvement of quality of transport service.
Thus, Moscow region becomes the first region Russian Federation where similar restriction will be legislatively registered.
When replacing buses as much as possible consider responses and addresses of citizens, the minister emphasized transports and road infrastructure Moscow region Igor Borisovich Treskov.
