In the region collecting demands for competition young managers "Leaders of Vyatka" following the results of which the "gold" personnel reserve of the region will be created proceeds.
For the first 10 days of the application for participation in it were given by more than 260 people. Questionnaires on participation are filled in by representatives of the most various fields of activity. In competition everything will need to be shown qualities of the leader and ability to choose right strategy. Everyone aged till 45 years, with experience of administrative activity not less than two years can become participants of the project.
the First candidates for participation noted that the format competitions is quite attractive to the young specialist. Bushkova Julia, the deputy director for industrial practice work of Vyatka college of professional technologies, management and service noted that it becomes an extensive experience which will be able to push to that to change something in the life.
Bushkova Julia:
– I work 25 years in the sphere of educations, and I want to broaden further the horizons, to learn something new. At me it did not turn out to take part in advanced training courses which passed in VGU for pedagogical workers, but this project as it seems to me, not less significant.
Danyushenkova Helena, the director of the Center of development tourism Kirov region, admitted that participation in competition is a certain call for it as for the head.
Danyushenkova Helena:
– it is Very pleasant that such project is realized in the native region. I hope that, participating in it, I will be able to use the best efforts to make our area better. It is interesting to me to gain new knowledge and to check itself, including, to apply the received skills for the benefit of developments the region. I think that the Leaders of Vyatka project will allow to carry out it.
