14 March the ceremony of delivery of keys from new cars of ambulance to medical institutions Bryansk region took place.
Delivery of keys from new cars of ambulance became lately traditional action. Thanks to attention of Government of the Bryansk region and to the decision of the Governor Aleksandr Bogomaz in the region are paid special attention of medical branch. So, at the beginning of January of healthcare institution Bryansk region received 23 new cars fast medical care . According to the order of Government of the Russian Federation Bryansk region received eight more cars of an emergency medical service. Besides, in budgets Bryansk region for 2018 are also provided means of 75 million rubles on acquisition of sanitary motor transport. Also this year more than 500 million rubles are planned for purchase of the equipment for providing medical institutions Bryansk region by the modern medical equipment.
At a ceremony of delivery of keys Bryansk region Aleksandr Bogomaz, the chairman Bryansk region region duma Popkov Vladimir, the deputy State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Mironova Valentina, the director Healthcare Department of the Bryansk region Bardukov Andrey took part the Governor.
Addressing to gathered, the Governor Aleksandr Bogomaz told:
— Today we continue those good affairs which began two years ago. We realize the program according to which for regional and federal funds we get the ambulance cars, new school buses. And here for these incomplete three years, taking into account today's cars already 82 cars of ambulance arrived to Bryansk region. Literally until the end of this month there will be 26 more ambulance cars which are already acquired and Bryansk region will be transferred to areas. Here we do all this thanks to that our area successfully develops. Because if there was no that work of the industrial, agricultural enterprises, businesses and receipt of funds in the regional budget, we could not realize those large-scale projects which to us manage to be realized today! It and replacement of a bus fleet in Bryansk, school buses, acquisition of ambulance cars, it and money which we allocate for purchase of the medical equipment in our hospitals. Yesterday we looked at work of two modern operational in the first city hospital and a regional cardioclinic in which inhabitants of our area can receive high-tech medical care at diseases of heart and strokes. It is very important because people receives this help in time, and to them save life. It concerns also ambulance cars — if there are today no modern cars which will be able to take in time the person to hospital, it is difficult to speak about savings of health of our inhabitants. I want to note one more indicator which to me as to the Governor, it is pleasant to designate — just a year ago the President of our country opened in Bryansk the perinatal center; for last year nearly 2500 kids in our area were born and perinatal mortality makes only 4 on 1000 newborns. It is one of the lowest indicators in the territory of our country and in Central Federal District! One business when we tell simply words, and another matter — when these words are supported with figures. Today the perinatal center in which already nearly 500 employees, really do a lot of work. And those mothers who there gave birth, really, found pleasure of motherhood. I once again want to tell many thanks for your work, that you in health system do Bryansk region

Equipment of policlinics and hospitals has to go in step with time requirements, it is very important for rescue of patients. It is pleasant that the new hi-tech centers work for us at the Bryansk earth. Yesterday we with the Governor visited two of them: in a cardioclinic and in city hospital No. 1. Shortly the similar center will be open and Klintsy. Our inhabitants should not go to other cities for receiving timely and high-quality medical care. I want to wish all health and progress in work for the area benefit!

Cars of ambulance received— 82 cars of ambulance will Already go on roads our Bryansk region. Such powerful large-scale project — updating of vehicle fleet of ambulance walks over all country. And it is important that this project passes and through our Bryansk earth. Quite recently on the Message to Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation the leader of our country, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin noted as one of the most important tasks — savings of each our person. These savings of the human capital, and it begins with health. And as powerfully now Bryansk region entered these savings — literally during the last days acquisition of the high-tech equipment, it and funds for reconstruction of children's policlinics, it and the perinatal center — with the lowest indicator of mortality and kids and mothers, it and updating of ours FAPOV. But we never waited for a god-send, we work — Government of the Bryansk region, the Governor over search of the means for updating of vehicle fleet of fast cars. And here, more than for 50 percent updating of park happened. It is huge chance of keeping the life, the health!
