Dear Mr. the Minister,

Dear friends,

to

is Very glad to our new meeting, I thank for heartiest welcome. I remember your visit to Moscow in July of last year and my previous stay in Addis Ababa in 2014.

Completely I divide your assessment to the relations between our countries. These relations root in many decades of friendship, solidarity and are based on that very important fact that our people, our countries share the principle of justice in the international affairs. As you told, 120 years of diplomatic relations are not all history of our friendship, but, nevertheless, it is solid anniversary. We carry out within this year a number of anniversary actions, conferences, exhibitions archival documents, post envelopes are let out.

Very much we value our friendly relations, we appreciate traditions of mutual trust and respect, we support that cooperation in all areas developed even more effectively, including political dialogue, trade and economic, investment interaction, humanitarian, educational communications and, certainly, coordination of actions on the international scene, especially now, during the period when Ethiopia is the non-permanent member of UN Security Council.

It is sure that our conversation on all these questions will be productive, and once again I thank you for the invitation.
