Chapter Republic of Kalmykia Orlov Aleksey participated Today in a ceremony of announcement of the Message of the President Putin to Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. It was a question of situation in the country and of the main directions of domestic and foreign policy. In two hours the head of state spoke on a wide range of questions - from educations and medicine to infrastructure and defense industry. Putin told br to br about need to achieve wellbeing growth in life of people and about tasks on maintenance of economic growth, modernization of economy and increase of a standard of living. The story about new systems of defense of the country, sounded in end of the speech of the president became key part of performance. On announcement of the Message there were members of Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, deputies State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, members of the Government, heads of the Constitutional and Supreme vessels, heads of regions.
