As told to Yuga.R, the defendant on business — Semenov Alexander, the son the former chief of the Department of Internal Affairs across Krasnodar Semenov Alexander and the acting deputy of Krasnodar City Council Olga Semenova. It is under house arrest.
Accident happened on June 29, 2017. According to the investigators, drunk 17-year-old Semenov Alexander at a wheel of Land Rover brought down five road workers on Dzerzhinsky Street. One person was lost, four suffered.
