Subject competitions: definition of SMSP having the right for the conclusion of Contracts about providing budgetary funds in the form of subsidies for compensation of part of expenses, connected with equipment acquisition, within the approved appropriations for the corresponding fiscal year.
Purpose competitions: creation and (or) development, and (or) modernization of productions goods (performance of work, rendering services), and compensation of part of actually made and documentary confirmed expenses for the acquired equipment in 2017 and 2018, productions directly participating in process goods (performance of work, rendering services).
